On Tuesday, in the morning, at Government House, Her Excellency the Honourable Dr Jeannette Young AC PSM greeted members of Aveo Manly Gardens Retirement Village visiting for a guided tour of the House and gardens. 

In the afternoon, at Government House, Her Excellency greeted members of the public visiting for a guided tour of the House and gardens.

In the evening, at Government House, Her Excellency and Professor Graeme Nimmo RFD hosted a Dinner in support of Queensland Arts and the Governor addressed guests. Guests included: Ms Leanne Benjamin AM OBE and Mr Craig Cathcart; Mr David Wenham AM and Mrs Kate Wenham; Mr Dean Gibson; Mr Kenneth Got and Mrs Melody Got; Ms Danielle McFall and Mr Schuyler Weiss; Mr Christian Tàtchev and Ms Zenia Tàtchev; Ms Rachael Walsh; Ms Yolande Yorke and Dr Ingrid Tall.
