On Thursday, in the morning, at Sofitel Brisbane Central, Brisbane City, Her Excellency the Honourable Dr Jeannette Young AC PSM attended the Royal Australasian College of Medical Administrators Conference, and the Governor officially opened the Conference and addressed guests.   

In the afternoon, at Government House, Her Excellency hosted a reception in support of the Royal Brisbane and Women's Hospital Foundation, and the Governor addressed guests.

In the evening, at All Hallows' School, Brisbane City, Her Excellency and Professor Graeme Nimmo RFD attended the 2024 German National Day Reception, and the Governor addressed guests.
