On Monday, in the morning at Government House, Her Excellency the Honourable Dr Jeannette Young AC PSM received the Princess of the Kingdom of Tonga, Her Royal Highness Princess Angelika Lātūfuipeka Tuku'aho.

Following, at the Indian Consulate-General in Milton, Her Excellency attended the official opening of the Indian Consulate-General in Brisbane, the Governor unveiled a plaque and addressed guests.

In the evening, at Government House, Her Excellency and Professor Graeme Nimmo RFD hosted a dinner in support of The Queensland Cabinet and the Governor addressed guests.
