On Wednesday, in the morning, at Old Government House, Brisbane City, Her Excellency the Honourable Dr Jeannette Young AC PSM attended the 2024 Queensland Rhodes Scholar shortlisting meeting.  

 

Following, at Government House, members of the Sherwood Indooroopilly RSL Sub-Branch visited for a guided tour of the house and gardens. 

 

In the afternoon, at Government House, via teleconference, Her Excellency presided over a special meeting of the Executive Council. 

 

Following, at Government House, Her Excellency hosted a reception in support of the Royal Brisbane and Women’s Hospital Foundation, and the Governor addressed guests.
