On Monday, in the morning Her Excellency the Honourable Dr Jeannette Young AC PSM departed Government House for Official Travel to Fraser Coast Regional Council.

In the evening, at the Maryborough Showgrounds and Equestrian Park, Maryborough West, Her Excellency attended the pre-function and official opening ceremony of the 26th Australian Jamboree hosted by Scouts Queensland, and the Governor addressed guests.
