On Wednesday, in the morning, Her Excellency the Honourable Dr Jeannette Young AC PSM departed Government House for Official Travel to Gold Coast City Council.

Following, at Coolangatta Surf Club, Her Excellency attended the Women in Lifesaving Networking Event for Surf Life Saving Queensland, and the Governor addressed guests.

Following, at Currumbin Wildlife Sanctuary, Her Excellency toured the facility and met with staff.

Following, Her Excellency returned to Government House from Official Travel to Gold Coast City Council.

In the evening, at Parliament House, Brisbane City, Her Excellency attended the 2024 International Women’s Day Reception.
