On Thursday, in the morning, at Government House, via teleconference, Her Excellency the Honourable Dr Jeannette Young AC PSM presided over a meeting of the Executive Council. 

In the afternoon, at Government House, Her Excellency received Chief Commissioner, The Scout Association of Australia, Queensland Branch, Mr Geoff Doo.

In the evening, at Government House, Her Excellency and Professor Graeme Nimmo RFD hosted dinner in support of Senior Judges of the Supreme Court of Queensland and the Governor addressed guests.
