On Tuesday, in the morning at Government House, members of the Evergreen Garden Club Macleay Island, visited for a guided tour of the House and gardens.  

Following, in the afternoon at Government House, Her Excellency the Honourable Dr Jeannette Young AC PSM and Professor Graeme Nimmo RFD received Chief Commissioner of the Scout Association of Australia Queensland Branch, Mr Geoff Doo and Assistant Chief Commissioner, The Scout Association of Australia, Queensland Branch, Ms Jean Clifford OAM. 

Following, at Government House Her Excellency and Professor Nimmo hosted a reception in support of Scouts Queensland, and the Governor addressed guests.
