On Tuesday, in the morning, at The University of Queensland, St Lucia, Her Excellency the Honourable Dr Jeannette Young AC PSM and Professor Graeme Nimmo RFD received a briefing from the Queensland Brain Institute on current research projects and met with staff.

Following, at Government House, Her Excellency greeted members of FlexiCare visiting for a guided tour of the House and gardens.

In the afternoon, Her Excellency and Professor Nimmo departed Government House for Official Travel to Townsville City Council.
