On Wednesday, in the morning, at Government House, Her Excellency the Honourable Dr Jeannette Young AC PSM and Professor Graeme Nimmo RFD hosted a Community Bushland Walk in support of World Arthritis Day in partnership with Health and Wellbeing Queensland and Arthritis Queensland, and the Governor addressed guests.

In the afternoon, at Government House, Her Excellency and Professor Nimmo hosted a luncheon in support of the Royal Queensland Regiment, and the Governor addressed guests.

Following, Her Excellency departed Government House for Official Travel to the Gold Coast City Council.

Following, at Home of the Arts, Surfers Paradise, Her Excellency officially opened the Gold Coast Open House 2024, and the Governor addressed guests.

In the evening, Her Excellency returned to Government House from Official Travel to the Gold Coast City Council.
