In the afternoon, at Government House, Her Excellency received, via teleconference, Northern Territory Administrator-designate, Dr Hugh Heggie PSM.

Following, at Parliament House, Her Excellency presided at a meeting of the Executive Council.

Following, at Government House, Her Excellency greeted members of the public visiting for a guided tour of the House and Gardens.

In the evening, at the Queensland Performing Arts Centre, South Brisbane, Her Excellency and Professor Nimmo RFD attended the performance of ‘Mary Poppins’.
