In the morning, at Government House, His Excellency the Honourable Paul de Jersey AC, received the Clerk of the Parliament, Mr Neil Laurie, for the presentation of a Bill for Assent.  Following, the Governor and the Clerk had morning tea, including a homemade cake presented to the Governor at the 150^th Springsure Pastoral and Agricultural Show on Saturday, by Mrs Myrtle Patterson.

In the evening, at the Lady Cilento Children's Hospital, the Governor participated in an interview with presenter Mr Michael Gilbert and the ‘Manic Monday’ team at the Radio Lollipop Studio, and then visited the playroom.
