On Wednesday, in the morning, at the Old Toy Library site, Dalby, Her Excellency the Honourable Dr Jeannette Young PSM met with local emergency services, and addressed guests. At the conclusion of the visit, Her Excellency was interviewed by Emily Devon from the Dalby Herald.

Following, at Cherbourg Aboriginal Shire Council Office, Her Excellency received a briefing from Cherbourg Aboriginal Shire Council representatives.

Following, at Cherbourg Water Treatment Plant, Her Excellency attended the official opening of the water treatment plant, toured the facility, addressed guests and unveiled a plaque. At the conclusion of the visit, Her Excellency was interviewed by Amy Buckingham from WIN News.

In the afternoon, at Cherbourg Hospital and Community Health Centre, Her Excellency toured the hospital and met with staff.

Following, Her Excellency visited Cherbourg State School and read a book to students.

Following, at Cherbourg Recycling Plant, Her Excellency visited and toured the facility.

Following, Her Excellency returned to Government House from Official Travel to Toowoomba Regional Councill, Western Downs Regional Council and Cherbourg Aboriginal Shire Council.
