On Thursday, in the morning, at Government House, His Excellency the Honourable Paul de Jersey AC hosted morning tea for staff of Bridgens Restorations.

In the afternoon, the Governor greeted members of the public visiting for guided tours of the House and gardens.

Following, at the Royal Brisbane and Women’s Hospital, Herston, the Governor attended the Royal Brisbane and Women’s Hospital Foundation’s 2018 Research Grant Awards Ceremony, where he presented awards and addressed guests.

In the evening, at Gallipoli Barracks, Enoggera, the Governor and Mrs Kaye de Jersey, attended a Cocktail Party to celebrate the 117th birthday of the Australian Army.
