On Friday, in the morning, His Excellency the Honourable Paul de Jersey AC departed Government House for official travel to Murgon.

Following, at the Murgon Council building, Murgon, His Excellency received a briefing from South Burnett Regional Council Representatives.

In the afternoon, at Murgon PCYC, Murgon, His Excellency attended a pre-Official Opening community gathering.

Following, at Murgon PCYC, Murgon, His Excellency officially opened the 2019 Murgon Music Muster, and the Governor addressed guests.

Following, His Excellency returned to Government House following official travel to Murgon.

In the evening, His Excellency and Mrs Kaye de Jersey hosted an evening reception for the Boys’ Brigade Queensland and Girls’ Brigade Queensland for the presentation of the Queen’s Badges and Queen's Awards, and the Governor presented awards and addressed guests.
