On Friday, in the morning, at the Old Museum, Bowen Hills, His Excellency the Honourable Paul de Jersey AC and Mrs Kaye de Jersey attended the Royal National Agricultural and Industrial Association of Queensland (RNA) School Scarecrow Competition, and the Governor presented awards and addressed guests.
