On Wednesday, in the morning, at Government House, His Excellency the Honourable Paul de Jersey AC hosted at breakfast the Premier of Queensland, the Honourable Campbell Newman MP.

In the evening, at Government House, the Governor and Mrs Kaye de Jersey hosted staff and their families at the official switching on of the Government House Christmas Lights.
