On Friday, in the evening, His Excellency the Honourable Paul de Jersey AC and Mrs Kaye de Jersey departed Queensland for an official visit to the United Kingdom and Malaysia, and the Honourable Chief Justice Catherine Holmes assumed duty as Acting Governor of Queensland.
