On Tuesday, in the morning, His Excellency the Honourable Paul de Jersey AC and Mrs Kaye de Jersey departed Brisbane for an official visit to Mitchell.

Following, at the Mitchell Showgrounds, the Governor and Mrs de Jersey attended the 100th Mitchell Agricultural Show, where the Governor addressed guests and officially opened the Show, before returning to Brisbane.
