On Friday, in the morning, at Government House, His Excellency the Honourable Paul de Jersey AC received the Premier of Queensland and Minister for Trade, the Honourable Annastacia Palaszczuk MP.

Following, at Government House, the Governor and Mrs Kaye de Jersey hosted an Investiture Ceremony for recipients of Australian honours and awards announced in the Australia Day 2019 Honours List, and the Governor addressed guests.
