On Thursday, in the morning, at Government House, Her Excellency the Honourable Dr Jeannette Young AC PSM greeted members of Alondra Residences visiting for a guided tour of the House and Gardens.

Following, at Government House, Her Excellency received Judge Queensland Court of Appeal, Supreme Court of Queensland, the Honourable Justice Philip McMurdo.

In the afternoon, at Parliament House, Her Excellency presided over a meeting of the Executive Council.

Following, at Government House, Her Excellency greeted members of St Andrew’s Anglican Church, South Brisbane, visiting for a guided tour of the House and Gardens.

Following, at Government House, Professor Graeme Nimmo RFD and Her Excellency hosted an afternoon reception in support of the Queensland Military Historical Society’s historic journal launch, and as their Patron, Professor Nimmo addressed guests.
