On Tuesday, in the morning, at Coolum, Her Excellency the Honourable Dr Jeannette Young AC PSM and Professor Graeme Nimmo RFD attended the the Queensland Fire and Emergency Services 2023 Firefighters' Remembrance Day Commemorative Service and laid the first wreath.

In the morning, at Government House, members of the public from TAFE Queensland visited for a guided tour of the House and gardens.
