On Saturday, in the morning, at Windsor State School, the Governor attended, addressed guests, toured the school and officially opened the 150th Windsor State School Heritage Day.

Following , the Governor and Mrs de Jersey welcomed members of the public visiting Government House, for a guided tour as part of the 2015 Brisbane Open House program. 

In the evening, at Queensland Art Gallery, the Governor and Mrs de Jersey attended at the Queensland Art | Gallery of Modern Art Foundation Annual Dinner and addressed guests.
