On Thursday, in the morning, His Excellency the Honourable Paul de Jersey AC and Mrs Kaye de Jersey returned to Government House following Regional Government House operations in Gladstone.

In the afternoon, at Parliament House, His Excellency presided at a meeting of the Executive Council. 

Following, at Government House, His Excellency received Vice-Chancellor and President, The University of Queensland, Professor Deborah Terry AO.
