On Friday, in the morning, at Government House, Her Excellency the Honourable Dr Jeannette Young PSM and Professor Graeme Nimmo RFD hosted a morning tea in support of Ballet International Gala, and the Governor addressed guests. 

In the evening, at Customs House, Brisbane City, Her Excellency and Professor Nimmo attended the Queensland and Northern NSW Lions Medical Research Foundation Gala Dinner and researcher reunion, and the Governor addressed guests.
