On Thursday, in the morning, at Government House, His Excellency the Honourable Paul de Jersey AC greeted members of the St Lucia Probus Club visiting for morning tea and a guided tour of the House and gardens.

In the afternoon, His Excellency and Mrs Kaye de Jersey departed Government House for official travel to Cairns.

In the evening, at the Cairns Cruise Liner Terminal, His Excellency and Mrs de Jersey attended the 2018 Cairns Indigenous Art Fair, and the Governor officially opened the fair and addressed guests.
