On Friday, in the morning, at Sofitel Brisbane Central, Brisbane City, Her Excellency the Honourable Dr Jeannette Young AC PSM attended the French Australian Chamber of Commerce Bastille Day Breakfast, and the Governor addressed guests.  

In the afternoon, at Brisbane City Hall, Her Excellency attended the Gold Award Presentation Ceremony for the Duke of Edinburgh’s International Award 2024, and the Governor addressed guests and presented awards.
