On Thursday, in the morning, at Government House, His Excellency the Honourable Paul de Jersey AC greeted members of the Ironbark Village by Hometown, Aspley visiting for morning tea and a guided tour of the House and gardens.

Following, at 1 William Street, His Excellency received a briefing on Cross River Rail.

Following, at 1 William Street, His Excellency presided at a meeting of the Executive Council.

In the afternoon, at Government House, His Excellency and Mrs Kaye de Jersey hosted an afternoon reception to celebrate the 30th anniversary of Bond University, and the Governor addressed guests.
