On Monday, in the afternoon, at Government House, Her Excellency the Honourable Dr Jeannette Young PSM attended, via videoconference, a meeting with the State Governors of South Australia, Tasmania and New South Wales.

Following, in the afternoon, at Government House, Her Excellency and Professor Graeme Nimmo RFD hosted a reception to celebrate Christmas in support of Health Workers, and the Governor provided remarks.

In the evening, at Government House, Her Excellency received Deputy Premier, Minister for State Development, Infrastructure, Local Government and Planning and Minister Assisting the Premier on Olympics Infrastructure, the Honourable Dr Steven Miles MP and Miss Bridie Miles.

Following, at Government House, Her Excellency and Professor Nimmo greeted members of the public visiting to view the 2021 Government House Christmas Lights display.
