On Wednesday, in the morning, at Burnett Heads, His Excellency the Honourable Paul de Jersey AC and Mrs Kaye de Jersey visited Burnett Heads State School, and the Governor presented awards, and addressed students and guests.

Following, at Burnett Heads, His Excellency and Mrs de Jersey laid a wreath at the war memorial at Burnett Heads Memorial Park.

Following, at Bundaberg South, His Excellency and Mrs de Jersey visited Bundaberg State High School, and the Governor presented an award, and addressed students and guests.

In the afternoon, His Excellency and Mrs de Jersey returned to Government House following official travel to Bundaberg.

Following, at Government House, His Excellency received the Ambassador of the State of Qatar to Australia, His Excellency Mr Saad Al-Shareef, and Public Relations Officer, Embassy of the State of Qatar, Mr Abdel Hamid Bouchelouh.
