On Tuesday, in the morning at The Joyce Tweddell Building, The Royal Brisbane and Women's Hospital, Herston, Her Excellency the Honourable Dr Jeannette Young AC PSM, attended the official opening of the new display "Joyce Tweddell: A Remarkable Life" and the Governor addressed guests.

Following, at Government House, Her Excellency greeted members of the Probus Club of Ithaca, visiting for a guided tour of the House and gardens.

In the afternoon, Government House, Her Excellency and Professor Graeme Nimmo RFD hosted a reception support of the Second Chance Programme Fundraising Group and the Governor addressed guests.
