On Thursday, in the morning, at 1 William Street, Brisbane, His Excellency the Honourable Paul de Jersey AC presided over a meeting of the Executive Council of Queensland.

In the afternoon, at Old Government House, Brisbane, the Governor officially opened the ‘Eternal present: The still life paintings of William Robinson’ exhibition and addressed guests.

Following, at Government House, the Governor and Mrs de Jersey hosted a dinner in honour of the Queensland Police Commissioned Officers’ Mess.
