On Saturday, Castle Motor Lodge, Bowen, His Excellency the Honourable Paul de Jersey AC attended a breakfast in support of local businesses and industries, and the Governor addressed guests. 

Following, at Proserpine, His Excellency undertook a walking tour of Main Street, and called on local business owners.

Following, at Whitsunday Regional Council Chambers, Proserpine, His Excellency the Honourable Paul de Jersey AC received a briefing from Whitsunday Regional Council representatives.

In the afternoon, at Whitsunday Regional Council Chambers, Proserpine, His Excellency received a briefing and tour from Disaster Management representatives.

Following, at Whitsunday Regional Council Chambers, Proserpine, His Excellency hosted a reception in support of the Proserpine community, and addressed guests.

Following, His Excellency returned to Government House following official travel to Ayr, Bowen and Proserpine.
