On Monday, in the morning, at Government House, Her Excellency the Honourable Dr Jeannette Young AC PSM received British Consul General for Queensland Mr Richard Cowin MBE, Deputy Consul-General, Ms Lucy Monaghan and Stuartholme Student, Ms Lilly Freestun.

In the afternoon, at Government House, Her Excellency hosted an Investiture Ceremony for the following recipients of Australian Honours and Awards announced in the 2023 and 2024 Australia Day Honours List and 2023 King’s Birthday Honours List;
