On Thursday, in the morning, at the Brisbane International Airport, His Excellency the Honourable Paul de Jersey AC welcomed to Queensland for G20 the Managing Director of the International Monetary Fund, Ms Christine Lagarde and Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Strategy and Finance, Republic of South Korea, Mr Choi Kyung Hwan.

Later in the morning, at the Executive Building, George Street, the Governor presided at a meeting of the Executive Council.
In the afternoon, at Government House, the Governor and Mrs Kaye de Jersey hosted a reception for the Spinal Injuries Association 2014 Inclusive Community Champions State Awards.
