On Friday, in the morning, at Victoria Park Event Centre, Herston, Her Excellency the Honourable Dr Jeannette Young AC PSM attended the Multicap and Open Minds Queensland Mental Health Week Achievement Awards, and the Governor presented awards and addressed guests.
