On Thursday, in the morning, at Government House, His Excellency the Honourable Paul de Jersey AC received the Premier of Queensland and Minister for Trade, the Honourable Annastacia Palaszczuk MP.

Following, at Government House, His Excellency greeted members of the Queensland University of Technology (QUT) Community of Former Staff visiting for morning tea and a guided tour of the House and gardens.

Following, at 1 William Street, His Excellency presided at a meeting of the Executive Council.

In the afternoon, at the Queensland Performing Arts Centre, South Bank, His Excellency and Mrs Kaye de Jersey attended a Queensland Ballet performance of Cinderella.

In the evening, at the Hilton Hotel, Brisbane City, His Excellency attended the Australian Institute of Company Directors Gold Medal Award Dinner 2018, and the Governor presentedÂ
