On Sunday, in the morning, at Royal Queensland Golf Club, Eagle Farm, His Excellency the Honourable Paul de Jersey AC attended the 2016 Heritage Day Luncheon, addressed guests and presented the Governor-General’s Trophy, the Governor’s Trophy, the Governor’s Medal and the Hickory Championship.

Also in the afternoon, His Excellency ceased duty as Administrator of the Government of the Commonwealth of Australia and resumed duty as Governor of Queensland, and the Honourable Chief Justice Catherine Holmes ceased duty as Acting Governor of Queensland.
