On Thursday, in the morning, at the Wacol Military Barracks, Richlands, His Excellency the Honourable Paul de Jersey AC and Mrs Kaye de Jersey laid the first wreath at the National Servicemen’s Association of Australia Queensland Remembrance Day Service, and the Governor unveiled a plaque, and addressed guests.

Following, at Government House, His Excellency greeted members of the Blue Care Eastside Lifestyle Centre visiting for morning tea and a guided tour of the House and gardens.

In the afternoon, at Parliament House, His Excellency presided at a meeting of the Executive Council.

Following, at Government House, His Excellency and Mrs de Jersey hosted a reception in support of outstanding Queensland contributors, and the Governor addressed guests.
