On Thursday, in the morning, at Government House, Her Excellency the Honourable Dr Jeannette Young AC PSM and Professor Graeme Nimmo RFD hosted a Community Bushland Walk in support of Harmony Week in partnership with Health and Wellbeing Queensland and Multicultural Australia, and the Governor addressed guests.

Following, at Government House, Her Excellency received President of Council of Imams Queensland, Imam Peer and Chief Executive Officer, Multicultural Australia, Ms Christine Castley.

Following, at Government House, via teleconference, Her Excellency presided over a meeting of the Executive Council.

In the afternoon, at Government House, Her Excellency and Professor Nimmo hosted a reception in support of Royal Life Saving Society Queensland Honours Presentation, and the Governor addressed guests and presented awards.
