On Sunday, in the morning, at the Coomera Indoor Sports Centre, His Excellency the Honourable Paul de Jersey AC and Mrs Kaye de Jersey attended the Commonwealth Games Women’s netball bronze medal match between Jamaica and New Zealand.

In the afternoon, at Robina Stadium, the Governor attended the Women’s and Men’s gold medal matches of the rugby sevens competition.

In the evening, at Carrara Stadium, the Governor and Mrs de Jersey attended the Closing Ceremony of the Gold Coast Commonwealth Games.
