On Thursday, in the morning, at Government House, His Excellency the Honourable Paul de Jersey received the Archbishop of the Archdiocese of Brisbane, His Grace the Most Reverend Mark Coleridge to sign a message of condolence to the Royal Family following the death of His Royal Highness The Prince Philip, Duke of Edinburgh.
Following, at Government House, His Excellency greeted members of the Grumpy Old Men visiting for a guided tour of the House and gardens.
In the afternoon, at Government House, His Excellency received the Former Administrator of Norfolk Island and President, the Royal Commonwealth Society Queensland, the Honourable Gary Hardgrave to sign a message of condolence to the Royal Family following the death of His Royal Highness The Prince Philip, Duke of Edinburgh.
Following, at Government House, His Excellency greeted members of the public visiting for a guided tour of the House and gardens.
Following, at Government House, His Excellency received the President, Royal Historical Society of Queensland, Mr Denver Beanland AM to sign a message of condolence to the Royal Family following the death of His Royal Highness The Prince Philip, Duke of Edinburgh.
