In the morning, at Icon Tower, Ipswich, His Excellency the Honourable Paul de Jersey AC presided over a meeting of the Executive Council.

In the evening, at the Queensland Art Gallery, South Bank, the Governor attended the Thynne + Macartney 125 Year Anniversary Cocktail Function, and addressed guests.
