On Sunday, in the morning, His Excellency the Honourable Paul de Jersey AC and Mrs Kaye de Jersey departed Brisbane on official travel to Cairns and Papua New Guinea.

In the evening, at the Cairns Convention Centre, the Governor, with Mrs de Jersey, officially opened the 32nd Australia Papua New Guinea Business Forum and Trade Expo, and then attended a pre-forum dinner with official guests.
