On Wednesday, in the morning, at ABC Studios, South Brisbane, His Excellency the Honourable Paul de Jersey AC attended an interview with ABC Brisbane Mornings Radio presenter, Ms Katherine Feeney. 

In the afternoon, His Excellency and Mrs Kaye de Jersey departed Government House for official travel to Cairns.

In the evening, at the Court House, Cairns, His Excellency and Mrs de Jersey attended the official opening of the Court House, and the Governor addressed guests, unveiled a plaque and cut the ribbon.
