On Wednesday, in the morning, at Government House, Her Excellency the Honourable Dr Jeannette Young PSM signed a Message for a Bill.  

Following, at Government House, Her Excellency greeted members of the Probus Club Holland Park visiting for a guided tour of the House and Gardens. 

Following, at Baroona Road, Rosalie, Her Excellency toured the surrounding flood impacted area and met with local business owners and affected residents.  

In the afternoon, at the Brisbane Jazz Club, Kangaroo Point, Her Excellency toured the flood affected facility and met with the President, Brisbane Jazz Club, Mr Paul Day, Vice-President, Brisbane Jazz Club, Mr Alan Western and volunteers. 

In the evening, at the State Emergency Service Lowood Group Headquarters, Lowood, Her Excellency met with volunteers and toured the facility.
