On Thursday, in the morning, at Government House, Her Excellency the Honourable Dr Jeannette Young AC PSM and Professor Graeme Nimmo RFD received Chairman, Restoration of the Old Museum Building Appeal, Mr Chris Freeman AM.  

In the afternoon, at Parliament House, Her Excellency presided over a meeting of Executive Council. 

In the evening, at Victoria Park, Herston, Her Excellency attended the True Relationships and Reproductive Health 50th Anniversary Gala, and the Governor presented a Patronage Certificate and addressed guests.
