On Tuesday, in the afternoon, His Excellency the Honourable Paul de Jersey AC and Mrs Kaye de Jersey hosted a Reception in support of Haemophilia Foundation Queensland to mark the occasion of World Haemophilia Day, and the Governor addressed guests.
