On Wednesday, in the morning, at Government House, Her Excellency the Honourable Dr Jeannette Young AC PSM signed two Messages for Bills. 

Following, Her Excellency departed Government House for Official Travel to the Sunshine Coast Council.

Following, at Government House, members of Runaway Bay Retirement Community visited for a guided tour of the House and gardens. 

Following, at the Westpac Lifesaver Rescue Helicopter Service, Caloundra West, Her Excellency toured the facility, met with staff and joined a flight over the coastline.

In the afternoon, at the Sunshine Coast University Hospital, Birtinya, Her Excellency received a briefing on operations, toured the facility and met with staff and patients.

Following, Her Excellency returned to Government House from Official Travel to Sunshine Coast Council.

Following, at Parliament House, Brisbane City, Her Excellency attended the Local Government Association of Queensland Cocktail Event, and the Governor addressed guests.

In the evening, at The Grove Rooftop, Brisbane City, Her Excellency attended the British Consulate-General Brisbane’s Autumn Reception, and the Governor addressed guests.
