On Wednesday, in the morning, at Acacia Ridge, Her Excellency the Honourable Dr Jeannette Young AC PSM visited the Aboriginal and Islander Independent Community School – The Murri School and addressed guests. 

Following, at Government House, members of Writers Rendezvous - Dayboro visited for a guided tour of the House and Gardens. 

In the afternoon, at Government House, Her Excellency welcomed members of Hamilton Probus Club for a guided tour of the House and Gardens. 

In the evening, at Government House, Her Excellency and Professor Nimmo hosted a Reception for BUSHKIDS in honour of 30 years of voluntary service by Dr Neil Bartels OAM and Her Excellency address guests.
